Transcriptome differential genes of Hericium coralloides

This study takes the coral shaped Hericium erinaceus RT25 as the research object. By setting up a Schisandra experimental group and a control group, the growth status of Schisandra fermentation mycelium and various indicators of primordia and fruiting bodies were compared and analyzed. Transcriptomic technology was used to analyze the differential gene expression and related enrichment pathways of coral shaped Hericium erinaceus at different growth and development stages.
