Simulation and Measurement Data for RF Shimming of the Brain and Cervical Spine at 9.4 T
收藏资源简介:
This dataset accompanies the manuscript "Static RF shimming for combined brain and cervical spine imaging at 9.4 T using a 16-channel dipole array". It contains processed numerical simulation and in vivo field mapping data used to investigate static RF shimming with a 16-channel double-row coaxial-end dipole array for combined brain and cervical spine MRI at 9.4 T. The dataset includes: Simulated complex single-channel B₁⁺ maps for the Duke and Ella anatomical models. Virtual observation point (VOP) matrices for local specific absorption rate (SAR) calculations. Brain and cervical spine region-of-interest masks. Measured B₁⁺ maps and datasets used for evaluating subject-tailored and universal RF shims. The data are provided in MATLAB (.mat) format and support reproduction of the SAR-constrained RF shimming analyses presented in the manuscript. Electromagnetic simulation data were generated using the Duke and Ella anatomical models from the Virtual Family (IT'IS Foundation). The dataset contains processed simulation results and does not include the original anatomical models. The corresponding analysis code is available at https://github.com/fglang/head-neck-rf-shimming.
