The performance of P and NB models were compared using Akaike's information criterion (AIC) against nested models and significant differences were evaluated with maximum likelihood ratio tests (χ2, p<0.05). Species: Carcharhinus amblyrhynchos, C. albimarginatus, Galeocerdo cuvier and Triaenodon obesus.
