Previously, a heat stress (HS) responsive Haloxylon ammodendron 14-3-3 protein gene HaFT-1 (ACCESSION: KU565486) with HS memory characteristics found in transcriptome was cloned and its transgenic Arabidopsis lines were obtained. In this study, its role in HS tolerance was further investigated. 2-week-old HaFT-1 transgenic and wild type Arabidopsis seedlings taken at CK, S2 and FS2 (L1) time points were used for transcriptome analysis.
