资源简介:
This study employed 16S rRNA gene sequencing to analyze the diversity and compositional changes of gut microbiota in the blood clam (Anadara granosa) under hypoxic stress. The research aimed to uncover the mechanisms by which hypoxia affects the gut microbiota structure, functionality, and host intestinal health of A. granosa. By exposing the clams to varying dissolved oxygen concentrations (7.0 mg/L, 2.0 mg/L, and 0.5 mg/L) for up to 14 days, high-throughput sequencing was used to monitor the dynamic changes in the gut microbial community. The findings revealed that hypoxia significantly reduced microbial diversity and abundance while remodeling metabolic functional pathways. These results provide critical insights into the interactions between gut microbiota and host health in bivalves under hypoxic conditions.
