CBTS-ED ratings for "Assessing Skills in the Delivery of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders: Development of the Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy Scale for Eating Disorders (CBTS-ED)"

This study was reviewed and approved by the University of Sheffield Ethics Committee (039900). Dataset for the CBTS-ED ratings from expert raters (experienced therapists working in the field of eating disorders) and non-expert raters (less experienced in the field of eating disorders, e.g., trainee therapists). Part A CBTS-ED items (10 items) should be rated every time. However, in the case of error in completion, up to two items can be missing and the scale can still be scored, using pro-rating to yield an overall item mean score. Part B items (16 items) are rated only when relevant to the session being observed. The overall score for Part B is the item mean score for the number of items identified as relevant and scored. Six mock CBT-ED sessions ("vignettes") were observed and rated by the raters. One expert rater also took part in the filming of the mock CBT-ED sessions, thus did not rate their own tapes (vignette 3 and 4). Missing data here is represented with /. Data used to assess Internal Consistency (Alpha) of Part A of the CBTS-ED, and assess inter-rater reliability (ICC) for total Part A mean scores, total Part B mean scores, and individual Part A item scores.

本研究已通过谢菲尔德大学伦理委员会（University of Sheffield Ethics Committee）审核批准，审批编号为039900。本数据集涵盖进食障碍领域专业评分者（具备进食障碍临床经验的治疗师）与非专业评分者（进食障碍领域经验较浅者，例如实习治疗师）完成的CBTS-ED量表评分数据。CBTS-ED量表A部分共包含10个条目，每次评估均需完成全部条目评分；若出现填写失误，最多可缺失2个条目，仍可通过比例折算计分法计算整体条目平均分，完成量表评分。CBTS-ED量表B部分共16个条目，仅当条目与本次观察的会谈相关时才需进行评分，B部分的总得分为所有被判定为相关且完成评分的条目之平均分。本次研究共对6场模拟CBT-ED会谈（vignettes）开展观察与评分，其中一名专业评分者参与了模拟CBT-ED会谈的录制工作，因此未对其本人录制的录像带（情境脚本3与4）进行评分。本数据集的缺失数据以符号"/"标识。本数据集用于评估CBTS-ED量表A部分的内部一致性（克朗巴赫α系数，Cronbach's Alpha），以及评估量表A部分总平均分、B部分总平均分与A部分单个条目得分的评分者间信度（Intraclass Correlation Coefficient，简称ICC）。
