Homo sapiens Targeted Locus (Loci)

This project investigates the changes in gut bacterial and fungal communities in healthy individuals before and after contracting COVID-19. By analyzing the microbiome and mycobiome composition in relation to host health, this study aims to uncover the impact of COVID-19 on the human gut microbiome and its potential implications for immune response, recovery, and overall health. Insights from this study may provide valuable information on how COVID-19 influences gut microbial ecology and inform potential therapeutic approaches.
