PROTECTING WOMEN'S RIGHTS IN THE DIGITAL SPACE: LEGAL MECHANISMS AGAINST CYBER VIOLENCE

This article is dedicated to the study of protecting women’s rights in the digital space and effective legal mechanisms against cyber violence. The article pays particular attention to risks emerging in the online environment as a result of the development of modern information and communication technologies, including sexual discrimination, threats, harassment, and cyberattacks. Moreover, the article analyzes practical legal mechanisms in Uzbekistan and foreign countries, including laws, regulatory documents, and international standards. The findings of the article indicate that effective monitoring, preventive measures, and the development of online reporting systems can reduce cyber violence against women.本文致力于研究数字空间中的妇女权利保护以及应对网络暴力的有效法律机制。本文特别关注现代信息与通信技术发展所催生的网络环境风险，包括性别歧视、威胁、骚扰及网络攻击。此外，本文分析了乌兹别克斯坦及域外国家的务实法律机制，涵盖法律、规范性文件与国际标准。本文研究结果表明，开展有效监测、落实预防措施以及完善网络举报体系，能够减少针对女性的网络暴力行为。
