Sex-specific gene expression during stolonization in Ramisyllis kingghidorahi (Annelida, Syllidae)

There project aims at characterizing gene expression during stolonization in the branched syllid annelid Ramisyllis kingghidorahi. Samples include male and female RNA-seq data for the anterior end, midbody region, and stolons, and also for the midbody region of non-sexually-mature specimens. These short Illumina reads have been used for de novo transcriptome assembly and differential gene expression analyses.
