To assess the molecular changes associated with aging in different tissues of mice using cDNA microarrays to examine the transcriptomes of young, middle aged and old mice. Mice of both genders were examined in relation to the effects of age in multiple tissues. Keywords: age- and gender comparison. Up to 40 mice were compared according to age and gender.本数据集采用cDNA微阵列（cDNA microarray）技术对年轻、中年及老年小鼠的转录组（transcriptome）进行检测，旨在评估小鼠不同组织中与衰老相关的分子变化。本研究纳入雌雄两性小鼠，针对多个组织中的年龄相关效应展开检测。关键词：年龄与性别比较。共计最多40只小鼠将按照年龄和性别分组进行比对分析。
