This is the transcriptional profiling of the liver tissue from WT and Fabp4 deficiency ASH mice. Based on the transcriptional profiling, we could get the differentially expressed genes, gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA), gene ontology (GO) terms (BP, biological process; CC, cellular component; and MF, molecular function) and kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) pathways enrichment analysis.
本数据集为野生型(WT)与脂肪酸结合蛋白4(Fabp4)缺陷型酒精性脂肪性肝炎(ASH)小鼠的肝脏组织转录组谱。基于该转录组谱,可获取差异表达基因、基因集富集分析(GSEA)结果,以及基因本体(GO)条目(BP即生物过程、CC即细胞组分、MF即分子功能)和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路富集分析结果。
