Genome wide mapping of the effects of SMAD2/3 ligand treatment upon the distribution of senescence associated transcription factors

Analysis of SMAD2/3 and NFI binding in replicative senescent BJ fibroblasts upon treatment with SAMD2/3 regulating ligands. Senescent BJ fibroblasts were treated with SMAD2/3 regulating ligands including Activin A (100ng/ml), TGFB2 (1ng/ml), Inhibin (100ng/ml)+TGFB2 (1ng/ml), or Inhibin (100ng/ml), or control, and subsets of these cells were collected for ChIP-seq with SMAD2/3 and NFI. Tag densities of ligand treated samples at senescence associated enhancers were compared with those of control treated samples.
