Airborne microbiome in the commercial building

This study present the indoor and outdoor air microbiome over four seasons in eight different mechanically ventilated commercial buildings. This study also analyzed the seasonal, geographic and building function variations of the indoor and outdoor airborne microbiome, and the dispersal characteristics of the indoor and outdoor airborne microbiome. The sources of the indoor microbiome were further identified by considering both outdoor air and human skin of a local cohort using the Bayesian SourceTracker algorithm.
