Bacterial sequencing data will be generated from Biloxi Bay, Bay St. Louis, and Pascagoula Bay. Raw sequence data will be stored as a BioProject on NCBI. Here we will deposit processed datasets in the form of the abundances and identities of bacterial taxa, organized by spatial location and time point.
