Institutional composition of PCORnet and N3C against a national hospital denominator: data, code and reporting checklist

Data, analysis code and reporting checklist for the manuscript "Institutional composition of PCORnet and N3C against a national hospital denominator, and the limits of roster-based measurement" (S. Mushtaq, sole author). The deposit contains the transcribed public rosters of PCORnet and N3C, the adjudicated crosswalk from each roster line to a Medicare certification number with its recorded evidence, the hospital-level analytic file for the national denominator of 4,440 hospitals, the scripts that rebuild every table, Figure 1 and Supplementary Table S6 from those files, the expected outputs, the roster resolution flow, the results workbook and the completed STROBE checklist. Everything is in RWE_deposit.zip, which keeps the folder structure the scripts expect; README.md (also included separately) explains each file, the run order and what can and cannot be rebuilt from public sources. All inputs are public federal or AHRQ datasets. The crosswalk was adjudicated by one author; AI assistance in the work is disclosed in the manuscript.
