Deidentified clinical dataset supporting the case report: "Spontaneous

This dataset contains all de identified clinical information and anonymized medical images that support the published case report 'Spontaneous Intrauterine Compound Pregnancy and Its Clinical Significance'. The dataset consists of two parts: 1. A structured Excel file containing three worksheets: (a) Case Overview, (b) Timeline, Laboratory Results, and Imaging Findings, and (c) Anonymous Image Index. 2. Five anonymized medical image files, corresponding to the key figures in the paper: pathological sections (H&E staining) of the yolk sac in the uterus, corpus luteum in both ovaries, and fallopian tubes and intrauterine tissues. All personal identification information has been completely removed to comply with ethical standards and protect patient privacy. The publication of this case report has obtained the patient's informed consent.
