We demonstrated that the overexpression of BAZ2B in human lineage-committed progenitors lead to an induction of reprogramming to a multipotent hematopoietic stem cell state. To understand the mechanism we overexpressed Luciferase or BAZ2B in lineage-committed progenitors for 14 days and performed the ATAC-seq experiments Human lineage-committed progenitors (Lin-CD34+CD38+) were transduced with doxycycline-indcible lentiviral vectors Luciferase or BAZ2B. The cells were cultured in vitro with media containing doxycycline for 14 days and then sorted for the transduced cells using the GFP reporter for further processing for the ATAC-seq analyses
