气象数据作为探究全球或区域气候变化的核心依据, 是剖析全球气候变迁规律、研究极端气候事件机理的数据根基。北京京津冀区域生态环境变化与综合治理国家野外科学观测研究站(中国科学院北京城市生态系统研究站)既是中国生态系统研究网络(CERN)的生态站, 也是经科技部认定的国家野外科学观测研究站。该站位于经济发达、人口高度密集、环境问题严峻的京津冀地区(40°0′33.970″N, 116°20′34.559″E), 在全球城市生态系统中都具有典型性和代表性。针对目前城市生态系统长时间序列多要素气象数据发表较少的现状, 作者利用北京城市生态系统研究站气象观测场2015-2023年自动观测系统采集原始数据,经过数据处理、质量控制和评估,以月、年为尺度,将2015-2023年9年的数据共计19个要素、100余个指标公开报道,具体监测指标包括大气压、水汽压、海平面气压、气温、露点温度、相对湿度、降水、风速、10分钟平均风速、2分钟平均风速、小时极大风速、地表温度、5 cm土壤温度、10 cm土壤温度、15 cm土壤温度、20 cm土壤温度、40 cm土壤温度、60 cm土壤温度、100cm土壤温度等。本数据集可为探究城市区域协同变化规律,揭示城市气候特征、环境污染与改善、生态退化与恢复的形成机理,深入理解“社会-经济-自然”复合生态系统耦合机制。为京津冀区域生态环境综合治理,构建区域一体化生态安全格局、全球变化研究,提供坚实的数据支持与保障。

Meteorological data serves as the core basis for exploring global or regional climate change, and the foundational data resource for analyzing the laws of global climate change and studying the mechanisms of extreme climate events. The National Field Scientific Observation and Research Station for Eco-environmental Changes and Comprehensive Management in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region (Beijing Urban Ecosystem Research Station, Chinese Academy of Sciences) is not only an ecological station under the Chinese Ecosystem Research Network (CERN), but also a national field scientific observation and research station recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. This station is located in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region (40°0′33.970″N, 116°20′34.559″E), an area with developed economy, dense population and severe environmental problems, and is typical and representative in global urban ecosystems. In view of the current scarcity of peer-reviewed multi-element meteorological data with long time series for urban ecosystems, the authors used raw data collected by the automatic observation system at the meteorological observation field of the Beijing Urban Ecosystem Research Station from 2015 to 2023. After data processing, quality control and evaluation, the 9-year dataset covering 2015 to 2023, which includes a total of 19 elements and over 100 indicators, was publicly released on a monthly and annual scale. The specific monitoring indicators include atmospheric pressure, vapor pressure, sea level pressure, air temperature, dew point temperature, relative humidity, precipitation, wind speed, 10-minute average wind speed, 2-minute average wind speed, hourly maximum wind speed, surface temperature, 5 cm soil temperature, 10 cm soil temperature, 15 cm soil temperature, 20 cm soil temperature, 40 cm soil temperature, 60 cm soil temperature, and 100 cm soil temperature, among others. This dataset can provide solid data support and guarantee for exploring the laws of synergistic changes in urban regions, revealing the formation mechanisms of urban climate characteristics, environmental pollution and its control, ecological degradation and restoration, deeply understanding the coupling mechanism of the "society-economy-nature" complex ecosystem, conducting comprehensive eco-environmental management in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, constructing a regional integrated ecological security pattern, and carrying out global change research.
