Enteric neuron and macrophage quantification following T cell depletion

MHC-II (-/-) mice expressing HLA DRB1*15:01 were immunized with a-synuclein_32-46. Data includes three conditions: isotype control, anti-CD4, and anti-CD8 T cell depleting antibodies. Enteric neuron (ANNA1⁺), macrophage density (IBA1⁺), tyrosine hydroxylase (TH⁺) neuron, TH⁺ area and mean fluorescence intensity in the myenteric and submucosal plexus of the ileum were quantified.表达HLA DRB1*15:01的MHC-II基因敲除（MHC-II (-/-)）小鼠经α-突触核蛋白（α-synuclein）_32-46免疫。本数据集包含三组实验条件：同型对照组、抗CD4 T细胞耗竭抗体组及抗CD8 T细胞耗竭抗体组。对回肠肌间神经丛与黏膜下神经丛内的ANNA1⁺肠神经元、IBA1⁺巨噬细胞密度、酪氨酸羟化酶（tyrosine hydroxylase，TH）⁺神经元、TH⁺阳性区域面积及平均荧光强度进行了定量分析。
