Data CoQ Membrane

The data set comprises of the results of different biochemical parameters, transporter activites of plasma membrane in aged rats fed with Coenzyme Q10. The results indicate a decline in the levels of protein and lipid peroxidation products along with restoration of membrane transporter activity in rats after the scheduled treatment. The study shows positive outcomes of treatment of Coenzyme Q10 during aging by maintaining ionic homeostasis.
