Transcriptome analysis of toosendanin (TSN)-treated macrophages

The effects of TSN on global RNA expression was tested on tumor endothelial cell (EC)-educated macrophages using RNAseq. Overall design: Human PBMC-derived monocytes were treated with 10 ng/ml CSF1 for 3 days, and followed by treatment of conditioned-medium collected from human GBM tumor-derived endothelial cells in the presence of 50nM TSN for another 1 day. RNA was isolated and analyzed by RNAseq.
