The Adjuvant System 03 (AS03) containing is an oil-in-water emulsion containing a-tocopherol and squalene that is used in several licensed vaccines. However, the molecular mechanisms involved in its immunostimulatory properties are ill-defined. Here, we have investigated the response of myeloid RAW 264.7 cells to stimulation with AS03 in vitro.
