This dataset contains gigapixel whole slide images (WSIs) stained with multiple markers including H&E, and is intended for model training in the field of slide representation learning. Furthermore, this dataset has been applied to diverse downstream evaluation tasks, including morphological and molecular classification. In total, this dataset includes 4,211 whole slide images across five staining types. Associated tasks include slide representation learning, few-shot classification, molecular subtyping, and survival prediction.
