PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to maintain or adjust a thickness of deposited fibers so as to be an appropriate thickness when fibers are deposited and processed. SOLUTION: The sheet production apparatus 100 comprises a dispersing part 60 for dispersing a mixture MX comprising fibers， a second web forming part 70 for forming a second web W2， a mesh belt 72 for conveying the second web W2 in a conveyance direction F1， a roller unit 650 for pressurizing the second web W2， a measuring part 400 for measuring a thickness distribution of the second web W2 in a second direction crossing the conveyance direction F1 in a state where the second web W2 is pressurized by the roller unit 650 or after the second web W2 is pressurized by the roller unit 650， and a control apparatus 110 for controlling the thickness distribution of the second web W2 by comparing a measurement result of the measuring part 400 with a set thickness distribution.
