A Shiba dog was treated with endoscopic FMT, in which a fecal solution obtained from a healthy beagle dog. Stool samples of both an FMT recipient and an FMT donor were subjected to 16S metagenomic analysis. The PCR amplicon of V3-V4 region of 16S rRNA gene were sequenced using MiSeq (illumina).
