Native wild edible plants with declining culinary use in the Semidesert region of Querétaro, Mexico

This dataset contains fifteen native wild plant species reported by local people as part of the edible flora of the Semidesert region of Querétaro, Mexico, whose culinary use has declined in recent years. For each species, the table includes Spanish common name, scientific name, and family, and can be complemented with information on native status, use category, and parts used本数据集收录了墨西哥克雷塔罗州半荒漠地区当地居民认定为当地可食用植物区系组成部分的15种本土野生植物，近年来这些植物的食用用途已逐渐式微。针对每一物种，本表包含其西班牙通用名、学名及所属科，还可补充本土属性、用途类别及可食用部位等相关信息。
