ReMind1: Reading dynamics and comprehension in cognitive aging

The dataset includes reading behavioural data from older adults belonging to four clinically-assessed groups - healthy controls (HC), individuals with subjective cognitive decline (SCI), participants with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), and patients with mild dementia (CDR1) - engaged in both silent and oral reading tasks.本数据集涵盖四组经临床评估的老年受试者的阅读行为数据，具体分组为健康对照组（healthy controls, HC）、主观认知下降（subjective cognitive decline, SCI）人群、轻度认知障碍（Mild Cognitive Impairment, MCI）参与者以及轻度痴呆（CDR1）患者，所有受试对象均参与了无声阅读与出声阅读两项任务。
