This series consists of minutes and meeting papers of the Board of Macquarie Generation. The minute books were created under the Commonwealth Corporation Act, 2001, s.253M.The minutes document the deliberations and resolutions of the Board.  Each folder contains some or all of the following documents: issues papers, meeting agenda, minutes, and communications with board members. Some folders include ‘flying minutes’ which are Board papers seeking a resolution submitted to the Directors without a formal meeting.The Board met approximately once a month from March 1996 until June 2014. The records have been housed in wallets for transfer. The wallets are arranged in meeting date order. Each wallet contains the papers for one meeting.
