Abdelalim (Sidra Medicine, Qatar) Wild type iPSCs (WT-iPSCs) generated and fully characterized in our laboratory were used for RFX6 knockout iPSCs (RFX6 KO iPSCs) generation. WT-iPSCs and RFX6 KO iPSCs were differentiated into pancreatic islet cells to uncover RFX6’s role during pancreatic islet development. The dataset represents RNA-seq data generated from pancreatic progenitors (PPs) and endocrine progenitors (EPs) derived from WT-iPSCs and RFX6 KO iPSCs.
