Genomic DNA sequencing via both Illumina and Pacbio for the determination of Botrychium ternatum chloroplast genome

To determine the cp and mt genome of Botrychium ternatum, a well-known medicinal fern plant, both short reads of Illumina and long reads of Pacbio were taken on different platforms at the same time.
