59k HCP subject entry for pycortex database

This is a PyCortex subject entry for the surfaces of the 59k Human Connectome Project anatomy. The pial, fiducial, smoothwm, and inflated surfaces have all been taken from HCP subject 100610; the flattened representation is the "standard" Colin surface. The first areas of the visual, auditory, and somatosensory streams have been delineated in the overlays.svg file, and the major sulci have been delineated. One should be able to use this by copying it to the PyCortex subject database.
