Hastings River Floodplain Prioritisation Study

The Coastal Floodplain Prioritisation Study covered seven estuaries on the NSW floodplain. The study included an extensive data collection and collation process to improve understanding of the processes and areas that contribute to poor water quality and improve overall floodplain management. The data delivered here includes information on floodplain drainage infrastructure, soil stratigraphy and hydraulic conductivity, sea level rise vulnerability and drain cross sections. The final outcomes of the prioritisation for the Hastings River floodplain with respect to acid and blackwater generation is also provided. \r\n

沿海洪泛区优先级研究（Coastal Floodplain Prioritisation Study）覆盖了新南威尔士州（New South Wales, NSW）洪泛区内的七个河口。本研究通过开展大规模的数据收集与整理工作，深化了对导致水质恶化的过程与区域的认知，同时优化了整体洪泛区管理效能。本次发布的数据涵盖洪泛区排水基础设施、土壤地层（soil stratigraphy）与导水率（hydraulic conductivity）、海平面上升脆弱性以及排水渠断面相关信息。此外，本研究还提供了黑斯廷斯河（Hastings River）洪泛区针对酸性与黑水生成问题的优先级划分最终成果。
