Short term perturbation of mouse embryonic stem cells with morphogens and small molecule compounds

Two strains of mouse embryonic stem cells were perturbed for 30h with 24 distinct small molecule compounds and for 24h with 5 differentiation morphogens. Overall design: Mouse embryonic stem cells (strains R1 and JM8.N4) were perturbed for 24h with 5 different morphogens (Activin A, bFGF, BMP4, N2B27 and Retinoic acid) and for 30h with 24 different small molecule compounds. Expression profile was obtained by RNA-Seq.
