RNA-Seq data from RNAtag-Seq libary construction method development and validation

These RNA-Seq data were generated as part of the development and validation of RNAtag-Seq, a method for generating whole transcriptome RNA-Seq libraries in both eukaryotes and prokaryotes in which multiple RNA samples are uniquely barcoded, pooled, and converted to cDNA libraries as a single sample in a streamlined protocol that dramatically increases the throughput and decreases the cost per sample of library construction.
