We found that metformin could directly bind to E164 site of PRMT6 and regulated gene expression. So we want to demonstrated whether metformin regulates gene transcriptions through binding to E164 site of PRMT6. We treated PRMT6E164A MCF-7 with or without metformin, then extracted total RNA for RNA-sequencing analysis.
