This repository contains supplemental data from Allentoft, Sikora et al. "Population Genomics of Postglacial Western Eurasia". The following files are included supplementary_figures/ Hi-res versions of supplementary figures ibd/ Aggregate total IBD sharing rates between pairs of individuals in the full dataset. Includes auxiliary metadata files to use for IBD-based mixture models (code available at https://github.com/martinsikora/mixmodel_ibd) For additional details on data generation, curation and sample metadata please consult the main paper.
