MYH7 G256E hiPSC-CM (Day 30) Overall design: Examine any transcriptomic alterations in day 30 human iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes bearing MYH7 G256E mutation in comparison to the isogenic control. Feature barcoding technology was used to multiplex samples for scRNAseq. Please refer to each scRNAseq batch information for de-multiplexing samples used for this study. In the raw data, the FB files contain feature barcode sequencing information for sample multiplexing, while the GE files contain gene expression sequencing information.
