The results of comprehensive physicochemical, morphological, structural, and biological analyses of hydrogel composites based on silk fibroin, N-acetylcysteine-modified chitosan, and hydroxyapatite are presented. The materials were developed via enzyme-mediated crosslinking and evaluated in terms of their potential application in subchondral bone regeneration. The work was supported by the National Science Centre, Poland, under the research project “Hierarchical approaches for osteochondral tissue engineering”, no. UMO-2022/45/B/ST8/02557.

本研究展示了以丝素蛋白(silk fibroin)、N-乙酰半胱氨酸修饰壳聚糖(N-acetylcysteine-modified chitosan)及羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite)为基材制备的水凝胶复合材料的全面理化、形貌、结构及生物学分析结果。该类材料通过酶介导交联(enzyme-mediated crosslinking)法制备,并针对其在软骨下骨(subchondral bone)再生领域的应用潜力开展了系统评估。本研究受到波兰国家科学中心(National Science Centre, Poland)资助,相关工作依托项目编号为UMO-2022/45/B/ST8/02557的“骨软骨组织工程的分级构建策略(Hierarchical approaches for osteochondral tissue engineering)”研究项目开展。
