Unique molecular signatures sustained in circulating monocytes and regulatory T cells inconvalescent COVID-19 patients

We used single-cell RNA sequencing to analyze the immune response of two distinct cell types to COVID-19. We drew blood from convalescent patients and examined monocytes and regulatory T cells. Overall design: Monocytes and Tregs were sorted using fluorescence activated sorting (FACS) and sequenced using a 10X genomics library preparation kit and an Illumina HiSeq sequencer.
