本数据集涵盖不同反应扩散系统(reaction-diffusion systems)的仿真结果。其中二维模型为100×100节点的网格结构,一维模型为含100个节点的链式结构。biomass_{BIFPARAM} 代表生物量模型;fn_{BIFTYPE}_{BIFPARAM} 对应菲茨休-纳古莫模型(FitzHugh-Nagumo model);gl_{BIFTYPE}_{BIFPARAM} 对应金兹堡-朗道模型(Ginzburg-Landau model);nonlinear_1d_{BIFPARAM} 为非线性动力学模型,即一维反应系统链式结构。需注意,fn_turing并非严格意义上的图灵分岔(Turing bifurcation),而是一种行波发射(travelling wave emission)现象。
