Reaction-diffusion systems simulations

Simulations of different reaction-diffusion systems. 2D models are 100x100 nodes grid. 1D model 100 nodes chain. biomass_{BIFPARAM} = biomass model fn_{BIFTYPE}_{BIFPARAM} = fitzhugh-nagumo model gl_{BIFTYPE}_{BIFPARAM} = ginzburg-landau model nonlinear_1d_{BIFPARAM} = nonlinear dynamical model, 1D chain of reactive systems Note that fn_turing is not really a turing bifurcation, but rather a travelling wave emission.

本数据集涵盖不同反应扩散系统（reaction-diffusion systems）的仿真结果。其中二维模型为100×100节点的网格结构，一维模型为含100个节点的链式结构。biomass_{BIFPARAM} 代表生物量模型；fn_{BIFTYPE}_{BIFPARAM} 对应菲茨休-纳古莫模型（FitzHugh-Nagumo model）；gl_{BIFTYPE}_{BIFPARAM} 对应金兹堡-朗道模型（Ginzburg-Landau model）；nonlinear_1d_{BIFPARAM} 为非线性动力学模型，即一维反应系统链式结构。需注意，fn_turing并非严格意义上的图灵分岔（Turing bifurcation），而是一种行波发射（travelling wave emission）现象。
