本数据集通过使用TFM-150型润滑膜厚&摩擦系数测量仪通过球盘实验对点接触的润滑特性，润滑膜厚测量系统采集润滑膜的干涉图像以获得各点的光强值，并基于相对光强原理计算各点的润滑膜厚，获得了不同工况条件和润滑条件下的膜厚情况。

This dataset was generated via ball-on-disk experiments using the TFM-150 lubricating film thickness and friction coefficient measuring instrument to investigate the lubrication characteristics of point contacts. The lubricating film thickness measurement system collected interference images of the lubricating film to obtain the light intensity values at each point, calculated the lubricating film thickness at each point based on the relative light intensity principle, and acquired the film thickness data under various working and lubrication conditions.
