Measurement of IT Utilization to Support Tourism Development on Pramuka Island, Kepulauan, DKI Jakarta

The Seribu Islands National Strategic Tourism Area is now a popular tourist destination due to its pristine natural beauty, a key attraction for tourists, including international tourists. Therefore, its potential needs to be developed. In line with current developments in information technology, the role and contribution of this technology can be utilized to improve tourism development performance through the development of tourism information systems. This study was conducted to measure the contribution of information technology in building tourism information systems and to support the sustainable development of the tourism sector. The IT balance scorecard method was used to analyze information technology performance through several perspectives, such as contribution to the organization, user orientation, operational performance, and future orientation. The results of the study indicate that information quality, information system integration, ease of use of applications, and technical support are key factors that must be considered to support the success of tourism development in terms of utilizing information technology.千岛群岛国家战略旅游区（Seribu Islands National Strategic Tourism Area）如今凭借原始自然风貌成为热门旅游目的地，亦是包括国际游客在内的各类游客的核心吸引力所在，故而其发展潜力亟待进一步挖掘。顺应当前信息技术的发展趋势，可借助该技术的作用与价值，通过旅游信息系统的开发提升旅游发展绩效。本研究旨在评估信息技术在构建旅游信息系统过程中的贡献，并助力旅游行业的可持续发展。本研究采用IT平衡计分卡（IT Balance Scorecard）方法，从组织贡献、用户导向、运营绩效以及未来发展导向多个维度分析信息技术绩效。研究结果表明，信息质量、信息系统集成、应用易用性与技术支持，是依托信息技术推动旅游发展成功所必须考量的核心因素。
