Total stranded RNA sequencing on bulk tumor or FACS isolated tumor cells from known rhabdomyosarcoma models

Comparison of aP2-Cre, Myog-Cre and Cdh5-Cre SmoM2 driven tumors shows that Cdh5-Cre tumors express muscle markers but have unique gene expression profiles; Comparison of aP2-Cre SmoM2/tdTomato tumor cells and Cdh5-Cre SmoM2/tdTomato tumor cells isolated by FACS for CD31-/tdTomato+ cells reveals that Cdh5-Cre tumors are not rhabdomyosarcoma. We performed RNA sequencing on bulk tumor from known rhabdomyosarcoma models to compare to our novel tumor.
