为了增进对奶牛脑肠轴的了解，试验设计了热应激（HS）和热敏感性（IH）二因子二水平的试验，研究了这二个因子及其交互作用对奶牛生理、免疫和微生物区系的影响。试验期间对试验牛舍进行温湿度连续监测以及试验牛血液、奶样和粪便样品不定期采集。同时记录试验期间热应激奶牛产奶量、呼吸率、呼吸行为、体温等。
