Analyzed head related transfer function (HRTF) of 3 female CBA/CaJ mice. Please refer to an article for how the data are collected.These data may not work for physiology experiment unless the playback speaker setup exactly matches with our setup (including the horns for EC1 speakers). Therefore, the purpose of publishing these data is mainly for exploratory browsing the mouse HRTFs.These files contain HRTFs of 3 mice with a variety of modification of the sound localization cues.allimps variable contains raw HRIR (impulse response) information derived from the raw recordings.Variables with _noitd is ITD-removed version of the impulse responses.Variables with _nospec is spectral-flatted version of the impulse responses.Variables with _ILDequal is ILD-equalized version of the impulse response.Variables with _percep is how the mouse should perceive the sound. This applies a setup-specific filter to mimic the sound structure near the ear drums.Variables with _present is what should be used for stimulation. When this sound is played through speaker, the speaker's own filter makes it closer to _percep version.Variables with _ILDcorrected adjust minor recording condition differences between the left and right ears. 本数据集针对3只雌性CBA/CaJ小鼠的头部相关传递函数(Head-Related Transfer Function, HRTF)进行了分析。数据采集方法请参阅相关学术论文。本数据集仅在回放扬声器配置(包括EC1扬声器的号角部件)与本研究所用配置完全一致时,方可用于生理学实验。因此,公开本数据集的主要目的是供研究者探索性查阅小鼠头部相关传递函数。本数据集文件包含3只小鼠经多种听觉定位线索修饰后的头部相关传递函数数据。allimps变量存储了从原始录音中提取的原始头部冲激响应(Head-Related Impulse Response, HRIR)信息。带_noitd后缀的变量为移除了耳间时间差(Interaural Time Difference, ITD)的冲激响应。带_nospec后缀的变量为经频谱平坦化处理的冲激响应。带_ILDequal后缀的变量为经过耳间声级差(Interaural Level Difference, ILD)均衡处理的冲激响应。带_percep后缀的变量为模拟小鼠听觉感知的声音信号:该变量通过配置专属滤波器,还原了鼓膜附近的声音结构。带_present后缀的变量为实验刺激所用的标准信号:当通过扬声器播放该信号时,扬声器自身的滤波特性会使其输出更接近带_percep后缀变量的信号形态。带_ILDcorrected后缀的变量用于校正左右耳录音时的微小环境差异,该变量可用于生成实验刺激信号。若需查阅冲激响应数据,请访问以下GitHub页面获取示例代码:https://github.com/shixnya/SoundLocalizationResearch/tree/master/HRTFExample
