资源简介:
The remaining Female Ross 308 chicks were introduced into an open-type poultry house. Half chicks bred only with a commercial compound feed (control group) and the remaining were reared on a feed obtained by adding 5% of a feed additive containing lactic acid bacteria (bio-sukusuku) to the same commercially available compound feed (addition group). The feed additive containing lactic acid bacteria used in this study purified seaweed sediments obtained from strata tens of thousands of years ago near the Ariake Sea, adding rice bran, bamboo flour, and molasses, fermenting, adding Lactobacillus gasseri, culturing, and then drying. At 50 days of age, three females in each group were anesthetized using 1 ml of isoflurane, and after confirming that they were under anesthesia, blood was discharged from the carotid artery and euthanized. The Ileal site of the small intestine was collected and total RNA was extracted. Using the Illumina TruSeq RNA Sample Prep Kit, RNA fragmentation, cDNA synthesis, double-stranded cDNA synthesis, end repair, phosphorylation, A-tail addition, ligation of indexed adapters, and PCR were performed. The sequence was performed in Single Read 100 mode using Illumina Hi-Seq2500. After the base call, filtering based on fluorescence purity was performed.
