This open dataset is the result of an effort to map Japanese pharmaceutical codes to RxNorm for the OHDSI project. Initially, a semi-automated mapping process using a large language model (LLM) was performed, followed by validation by two licensed pharmacists. The verified and curated data were made publicly available in TSV file format.
