通过分析结果,对智慧停车管辖范围内停车场的运行情况进行评价,能帮助停车场运营单位进行数据查询、分析研判,对未来停车位的扩建、缩减、改造提供数据支撑,对未来的规划有清晰明确的数据参考。1、泊位利用率数据采集:泊位有车辆在停为泊位占用,泊位利用率=当前泊位占用数÷总泊位数。2、泊位利用率数据处理:泊位利用率(前一小时)=前一小时内泊位利用率之和的平均数;泊位利用率(前24小时)=前24小时内泊位利用率之和的平均数;泊位利用率(前一个月)=前一个月内泊位利用率之和的平均数;3.泊位周转率数据采集:泊位有车辆停入则记录泊位使用1次。4.泊位周转率数据处理:泊位周转率(前一小时)=前一小时泊位使用次数÷总泊位数*24;泊位周转率(前24小时)=前24小时泊位使用次数÷总泊位数;泊位周转率(前一个月)=前一个月泊位使用次数÷总泊位数÷30。5.平台每1小时将各个停车场上述字段数据存储到数据库进行归集

Parking space utilization rate data processing: The one-hour prior parking space utilization rate = the average of the utilization rates recorded within the previous hour; The 24-hour prior parking space utilization rate = the average of the utilization rates recorded within the previous 24 hours; The one-month prior parking space utilization rate = the average of the utilization rates recorded within the previous month. 3. Parking space turnover rate data collection: Each time a vehicle parks in a parking space, one use of the space is recorded. 4. Parking space turnover rate data processing: The one-hour prior parking space turnover rate = (number of parking space uses within the previous hour ÷ total number of parking spaces) × 24; The 24-hour prior parking space turnover rate = number of parking space uses within the previous 24 hours ÷ total number of parking spaces; The one-month prior parking space turnover rate = (number of parking space uses within the previous month ÷ total number of parking spaces) ÷ 30. 5. The platform stores the above-mentioned field data of all parking lots into the database for centralized aggregation every hour.
