DRAIC is a long non-coding RNA, that is involved in various cancer progressions. We performed gene expression microarray after DRAIC knockdown in VMRC-LCD cells to reveal the potential downstream genes. Overall design: VMRC-LCD cells were transfected with si-negative control (si-NC) or siRNA no2 against DRAIC (si-DRAIC2), and gene expression microarray was performed.
