Whole genome sequencing of Loigolactobacillus coryniformis WBB05, a lactic acid bacterium isolated from traditional Japanese fermented vegetable (tsukemono) in Shobara, Hiroshima, Japan. This strain was characterized for its potential use in food fermentation. Genome sequencing was performed using Illumina technology to assess safety profiles including virulence factors, antimicrobial resistance genes, and biogenic amine production capacity, and to explore genes related to fermentation properties.
